颈椎牵引器

一、简介
颈椎牵引器是一种用于颈部的气动牵引器械，主要适用于神经根型颈椎病气动牵引，起到缓解临床症状的作用，使用方便、操作简单、性能良好、安全有效。

适用于神经型颈椎病。

四、性能、结构及组成：
该产品主要由气囊、衬套、导管、塑料接头、气止、充气球、尼龙褡扣等组成，按材料不同分为橡胶型和乳胶型，按结构不同分为橡胶五层、七层，乳胶三层；牵引行程三层为2-15cm,五层为4-15cm,七层为6-20cm。

五、使用方法：
1、将颈椎牵引器放在颈部位置，把粘扣粘牢；
2、顺时针拧紧充气球阀门；
3、手握充气球，反复充气，气室膨胀托力感觉舒适为宜，关闭止气阀；
4、放气时将气止阀门松开，逆时针缓缓拧动充气阀门；
5、牵引时间，根据病情需要，一般牵引一次为15~30分钟，每日一至二次。

六、注意事项：
1、充气量以感觉舒适为止，避免充气过足，以免刺激或压迫颈动脉窦。
2、在牵引过程中，如出现头晕、眼花、恶心，应徐徐放气，停止牵动。
3、使用时严禁用力撕扯，以免粘接处漏气。
4、如有特殊情况，使用者应按医生指导使用。未成年 不宜进行使用。
5、避免与油类物质接触，注意防晒、远离热源。

七、禁忌症：
心脏病、脑血管患者不宜使用；恶性肿瘤、出血性倾向或被牵引区有皮肤损伤等患者禁止使用。

八、贮存方法：
运输中应注意防晒、防雨雪、不得与有毒、有害或腐蚀性物质混运；放于干燥通风的室内，周围无有害、有毒或腐蚀性物品，应远离热源。
